1. Scope
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders for products via the online shop and are bindingly accepted by the buyer when the order is sent. Deviating agreements in individual cases require the express written consent of Anirbas Schmuck.
2. Offer and conclusion of contract
The offer on Anirbas-Schmuck.com is non-binding and subject to change. Small deviations of the delivered products compared to the photo on the homepage are possible due to different screen settings and are not a reason for complaint. By completing and submitting a chargeable order for the items in the shopping cart on Anirbas-Schmuck.com, a binding purchase contract is concluded with the contractual partner. 6. Right of return
Anirba's jewelry grants a right of return of 7 days after receipt of the goods. Exempt from the right of return are made-to-measure articles, special customer-made products and custom-made products. 7. Guarantee
The guarantee for items purchased from Anirbas jewelry is two years from the date of dispatch of the goods.

All image rights / copyright are held by Anirbas jewelry. The use of the images is not permitted without the express consent of Anirba's jewelry
9. Limitation of Liability
No liability is accepted for consequential damage resulting from the use of the products.
10. Place of jurisdiction
The present terms and conditions and contracts, which are concluded on the basis of these terms and conditions, are subject to Swiss law and statutes. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (United Nations Convention of April 11, 1980 on Contracts for the International Movement of Goods) is excluded. 11. Final provisions
